Portability? Long battery life? A specific OS? Or perhaps you need
a computer that is powerful enough to run complex programs. Think
carefully about what you'll be using the computer for before
renting. This may save you a lot of frustration or a possible
return of the item
What If Things Go Wrong
With Your Rental?
Our equipment rarely
fails. It is our aim to replace any faulty unit with another
working one to you in the next working day after receiving the
alleged faulty unit at our workshops.
If you are in the
Vancouver area, please inform us about your rental problem and we
will try our best to solve the problem as fast and stress free as
possible. During our 8 years of rental history, proudly, we have
never had an equipment
fail on our customers, but if anything does
happen, we do offer a replacement of the same or equivalent, in
case of failure.
Outside of the Vancouver
area, the onus is on you to return the equipment in a fully insured
postal service. When you are outside of the area, you may
want to ship the equipment to our location. As soon as we receive
the equipment, we will ship the replacement to you with priority
shipping. (You are responsible for the shipping cost to
Vancouver.)
If after
registering a problem, we have not advised solution, or
repaired/replaced/shipped the equivalent equipment to the
specification of your original rental or better, you can cancel the
rental and we will refund your deposit and any other fees paid for
the rental in advance.
Delivery and
Setup
From a
boardroom presentation to a trade show, annual company event,
or even a party, the Presentation Rentals team delivers the
equipment you need and provides on-site setup and support services
to contribute to the success of your next event.
We deliver to the following locations:
- All
corporate clients and individuals within the Vancouver and
surrounding cities like North Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond,
...
- Hotels,
restaurants, & meeting facilities.
- Conference, trade show,
and exhibition centers.
Delivery
and pick-up rates are based on proximity of your event location to
our offices, and whether or not the delivery and pick-up time is
during normal business hours of 10am-6pm Monday through Friday.
Delivery rates will vary between offices. Please call for a
specific delivery and pick-up quote.
Rental reservations
received by noon can be delivered that same day if
you need it!
We offer telephone
support 12 hours
a day ( 9AM to 9 PM), seven
days a week.
